Here are the general steps for completing this declaration
1. Information about the inviter:
- Name, surname, date and place of birth.
- Residence (full address).
- Telephone numbers and email address.
- Copy of an identity document (passport or identity card).
2. Guest Information:
- Name, surname, date and place of birth.

6. Signature and date:
- The inviter must sign the declaration.
7. Legalization and sending:
- The completed declaration must be legalized at the Police Headquarters or a notary in Italy.
- After legalization, send the original of the declaration to the guest in the Philippines.
8. Presentation at the Consulate:
- The guest must submit the original declaration when applying for the visa at the Italian Consulate in the Philippines, along with other documents required for the type of visa.
