In both cases, the visa is issued for a period of two years and can be subsequently renewed for another two years. To obtain the visa, you must submit a series of documents, including a business plan, an assessment of financial resources and a copy of your passport.

Furthermore, it is important to emphasize that the visa for self-employment or for new businesses does not give the right to automatic entry into Italy. Before you can enter the country, you need to obtain a residence permit, which can be requested at the Italian embassy or consulate in your country of origin. Once you have obtained the residence permit, you can enter Italy and start working as a self-employed worker or start a new business.
