How to Fill Out the Guarantee/Accommodation Declaration or Invitation Letter for Filipino Citizens Requested by the Italian Consulate in the Philippines?

The Guarantee/Accommodation Declaration, often also referred to as an invitation letter, is a document through which an Italian citizen or a resident in Italy invites a foreign citizen, in this case Filipino, to stay in Italy for a limited period.

It serves to demonstrate to the Embassy or Italian Consulate that the guest will have accommodation during their stay in Italy and that the inviting party assumes financial responsibility for the guest for the entire duration of their stay.
