Information on remuneration

In accordance with applicable law, we inform the customer about the nature of the remuneration received in relation to the proposed contract.

In relation to the activity carried out, BrokerSubito S.r.l.s. receives a fee (honorarium) payable by the customer, agreed and disclosed before the conclusion of the contract. The fee is due exclusively upon actual issuance of the surety guarantee. Where applicable, the intermediary may also receive from the companies a commission included in the insurance premium. Details of the remuneration for each individual contract are set out in the pre-contractual documentation provided to the customer.

Declaration on the absence of significant holdings

(art. 56 of IVASS Regulation no. 40 of 2 August 2018)

BrokerSubito S.r.l.s. declares that it does not hold any direct or indirect holding in the share capital or voting rights of any insurance company.

It is further declared that no insurance company, nor any parent company of an insurance company, holds any direct or indirect holding in the share capital or voting rights of BrokerSubito S.r.l.s.

Complaints procedure and Insurance Arbitration Board

How to file a complaint with BrokerSubito S.r.l.s.

The policyholder, the insured party or any entitled party may submit a written complaint to the Broker – by hand delivery, post or electronic means – to the following address:

Complaint to IVASS

If the complainant is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaint, or in the absence of a response within 45 days of receipt, they may contact IVASS – Intermediaries Supervision Service, Via del Quirinale 21, 00187 Rome, attaching the documentation relating to the complaint handled by the intermediary.

Insurance Arbitration Board

In accordance with IVASS Measures no. 160/2025 and no. 163/2025, it is possible to refer to the Insurance Arbitration Board (Arbitro Assicurativo), an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system established at IVASS, which allows an impartial and independent decision to be obtained without resorting to the Judicial Authority. Recourse is free of charge or involves limited costs, is simple and can be managed entirely online.

The customer may submit an application when: they have already submitted a written complaint to BrokerSubito S.r.l.s.; they have not received a response within 45 days; or they consider the response received to be unsatisfactory. The application may concern disputes relating to insurance contracts, benefits, claim settlements or refusals of compensation, and the conduct of the company or the intermediaries.

The application is submitted online through the official portal www.arbitroassicurativo.org, attaching a copy of the complaint sent, any response received and supporting documentation. For further information, please consult IVASS Measure no. 163/2025.
